Relaxing stay at Courtyard Marriott
The location of Courtyard Marriott Kochi was ideal in terms of passengers arriving by flight since its a couple of metres away from the airport, so that's good, but people who really want to enjoy the city life and go on shopping, there is a huge travel time of close to one hour to the main city of Cochin, but other than that the hotel was reasonably good. I would say couple of points....... the breakfast menu needs to be rotated. When I say rotated what I mean to say is that when guests who stay for an extended period and you have the same menu being served in breakfast daily...... we have stayed in other hotels also five star category and over a period of 2 days, their menu starts changing, but when you have the same menu being dished out day in and day out, then it becomes a little stagnant. There was absolutely no issues regarding the quality of food food, certainly up to the mark, and there was personalised attention by the restaurant staff, each one of them very attentive quite willing to go the extra mile and give us service. These are aspects definitely worth pointing out. The room service was also reasonably good but sometimes certain finer points make a difference.......when there is a guest checking into the hotel and it's a couple who is checking in, and you keep just one bar of bath soap or just one bathroom slipper. These things matter when a new guest checks in and you have the tray with tea and coffee items, and you see that some guest has thrown the leftover in that tray and someone has forgotten to clear it. So these small nitty gritty issues need to be spruced up by the housekeeping staff. Overall, the stay was comfortable, no doubt the room was definitely up to a standard, so we are looking forward to more offers and better opportunities to be associated with courtyard Marriott .

Worst service ever seen in a 5 star hotel. Garbage was kept in my room when I checked in. Pillow and bed very smelling very bad and we ordered something they almost took 1 hour. After complaining mmt nothing was done
