excellent staff . Mid night check in was smooth. Me Shah was at reception.. he was very warm and courteous. i especially want to mention about Ms Rakhi Sur, who was very helpful and was willing to help with smile..

Average hotel to stay for short visit
Average stay, overall Reception, Lobby, Rooms felt bit cramped and lacking enough space. Breakfast buffet didn’t had much variety compared to the charges. Food is overly priced. Not much recommended to visit with family & kids, no open play area, sports or fun area kor kids.

Excellent Stay
Located on the Agra Mumbai highway . Easy to access. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread was ultimate . Taste was outstanding . Staff is highly efficient . One staff called Devi Rani in the restaurant was highly hospitable and prompt . Hotel amenities are superb.

Excellent Stay
The staff was courteous. Right from the checkin staff to even Valets and housekeeping were accomodating and co-operating. They had a wide spread of buffet for breakfast and most importantly they had many live counters with attentive service we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would surely recommend it to any one who is looking for a good stay in Nashik with proximity to tourist spots

Poor Stay
Firstly the rooms ambience was not that good ! Secondly i was pissed off for food we got to eat from them !! I think the kitchen was not able to manage things ! People were shouting at them for giving wrong food at the wrong time with the wrong taste

Staff was very professional. and everyone was very helpful. We were travelling with our child who is 7 months old so had to take care of his baby food also. They allowed us to cook baby food in their kitchen. And food was also very good.

location is excellent, good for driving to trumbakeshwar or shirdi food is awesome, room service is apt also availed spa service availed 10% discount too its really stress-free experience

Great if travelling with a small baby
Its was great, i was travelling with my baby and they provided all assistance i needed. The restaurant food was amazing and the spa was superb.. we had a great time

very poor and slow service, staff has no coordination of food order and room services. Rooms are too much cold

Marriott in the village
We went to the Chinese restaurant and Trhu asked us how’s the meal ans i said salty so the guy smiles and walks away (what hospitality ) they add green peas to oyster chicken and it was worried but we quietly ate it . Room service ... we asked a little honey which took 40 min to send and the lady on the other side says stuff lilt madam wait we are busy so it takes 40 min to Sen’s honey we request for an unwell child ! Never seen such hospitality and never goin back
