Staff very friendly, food was delicious, even at 12.45 in night they served me food ,centrally located, near to many colleges,swimming pool and spa experience was awesome.

Terrible Stay
We had booked two rooms, and the CC Auth form was shared with the front desk team and they clearly informed verbally and well as via email well a day prior for not asking the payment to the guest for any incidentals and the same was acknowledged by them. Yet the pre Auth was taken from the guest, and while the guest informed the desk team about the CC Auth form, they did not even have to bother to check internally and took pre authorization payment from guest. Later, when the team was asked to release the Auth instead of accepting the mistake, Ms. Mehuli from the reservation team was trying to justify the mistake .

My stay was really good. All the staff were really supportive and understanding! Food options were also good for breakfast and dinner.

Ambience was great, especially the breakfast, however the in room dine service was very expensive . Our 3 coffee and 1 team came up to 2000 INR

Cooperative Staff & Great Stay
Very lovely stay at Courtyard by Marriott. They accommodated my room requirement and provided a early check in . The staff is very cooperative and polite. Excellent Stay
Courtyard by Marriott Hinjewadi is just perfect for anyone wanting to explore west Pune . The locality has lots of restaurants nearby walking distance and quick access to all IT companies. Excellent Stay
Food was amazing. Very good spread in both breakfast and dinner. It’s located very close to Mumbai Bengaluru highway. So connectivity wise it’s good. It has good swimming pool, gym and good rooms as well as very good and warm staff.

familyThe front office Manager of Courtyard Marriott wanted my Credit Card to BLOCK MY CREDIT CARD. I refuse and threatened to walk out and go to my apartment in Pune or go to another hotel.I asked to return my money or I will call the police. I called General Manager and he understood the problem and apologised. In future I will never stay in Marriott hotel. Please send me by email booking details and invoice as hotel said to approach you as you have booked the room

The overall stay was good. Breakfast choices are great. In room dining service was good. The front desk service can be improved. I asked for the invoice to be sent via email. But they didn’t. Need to follow up couple of times to get the invoice.

Pleasant and welcoming stay
familyA pleasant and welcoming stay on new years eve. I was travel-ling with a newborn and they were so considerate. Laxmi at the front desk made sure we had a smooth check in and proactively offered for a baby cot to ease our stay. The room service and ird staff were helpful and understood our needs. Everyone offered help and assistance at every stage. This isn’t a big thing but a suggestion could be to improve the breakfast spread and have some protein options. Overall value for money and service
