Hotel location is beautiful. Room is spacious and clean. My room was in first floor facing valley views. It was great. Food was served in my room and it was tasty. All staffs were very humble and helpful and cooperative specially mr. Bijal. My wife left her cap in shop while coming to hotel. Mr. Bijal was kind enough to bring the cap. I am very much thankful to him. Over all it was very nice stay in this hotel.

Very calm surroundings and beautiful stay. We were a group of friends and absolutely loved our stay at crayons. Complimentary breakfast, limited food options but whatever is served is tasty. Very polite caretakers

I loved the stay, in fact it gave me the feel of staying in classic retro rooms. Staffs were extremely kind and helpful. Food was also great.

Its a small guest house with 9 rooms. But maintained very well. Staffs are very good also ready to help at any time. Overall i am happy

The property is 10 kms away from munnar city. But lot of hotels and home stays are nearby. I would suggest this homestay for families and groups. There are 9 rooms in the property. Excellent property and very clean rooms and surroundings. The staffs are really good and felt better than the trained star hotels staffs. They are very helpful and never felt that they are doing their job just for name sake. The breakfast served was really good with limited choices. I didn’t forget to thank them for making our trip so meaningful.

Staffs were well trained and humble all through our stay. The hotel is aloof from hustle bustle of munnar town. Quite and pleasant place to stay. I was travel-ling with my kid and he enjoyed the stay better than any of us. Recommended for family stay.

Location of the hotel is good. You can view mountains from your room. But what i liked the most was their service. We arranged birthday for one of our friends. The homestay manager, robin, arranged bonfire with a short notice. Food quality was good. But they need to improve on variety and options for breakfast or dinner.
Overall safety practices at the hotel was good. At the time of entry they sanitized all luggages.
