Dear guest, thanks for your review. Please note that you had booked non ac room yourself on mmt, still we had upgraded your room to ac without taking any extra charge because there were kids with you. We were expecting you to be grateful for this gesture. For your other issues like leftover food offered, we don’t agree to this as we don’t follow such practice. For cleaning room once a day, i believe you came with some unreasonably high expectations. Thanks for your visit.
