No wi-fi. Dingy place not suitable for family.

Hotel area mentioned in the hotel name and its location displayed in your app was completely wrong and misguiding name says crepe hotel in dwarka and its location map also shown that it's in dwarka (500 mtrs far from hotel itc, dwarka) but it was out of dwarka and 5 km far from hotel itc ! i had booked crepe, dwarka because my friend was staying in itc dwarka and i wanted to stay near by to him i went for checking in late night around 11pm and taxi driver followed directions mentioned in your app but after reaching to location, came to know that the hotel isn't there so we called hotel guy he shared another location which was another 5km far from that place so taxi driver took advantage of it. There was no other taxi available at late night and he charged another rs. 600 as he said, he has to go all the way there and come back with no trip so he isn't interested to go unless i pay him high charges since that night i had no other option, i paid him and get rid of him. Next day i left hotel, booked another hotel near itc because of my friend and paid another rs. 7, 000 for this hotel and didn't go to hotel crepe for which i had already paid you in advance. It was totally terrible, more expensive for me my total trip got messed and exorbitant for me due to your wrong location mentioned in the app. I booked hotel for 2 days but due to incorrect location i couldn't use the hotel. Just used for 6 hours sleep at one night and that was also because it was too late and i had no option to stay otherwise i would haven't used for that much time also. Hence i want 100% refund from you. That much compensation you must pay to continue our relationship
