Comfortable stay with nice helpful staff. However, water issues were faced one morning, but was resolved in some time. Overall room and staff was very good but needs improvement on the bathroom services (like, shower fixing, etc)

It was a very comfortable stay. The staffs and the receptionist or the owner were very humple. I would prefer stay again if i visit kolkata again.

I stayed there with my husband fir 4 nights. The property is well situated and nicely maintained, rooms and washrooms are simple but very clean and the staff is very courteous, polite and helpful. Thanks crossroads.

Rooms are avarage, but ac is not working well, their food quite good, bathroom are very small and not maintained properly and rooms are also small. Over all my experience is good not better. Location is good.

Bathroom not clean & service normal but food is to worthless not good. But rooms are very clean and bed are good condition.

The stay was good but have to remind the caretaker about 20-30 times for internet as they haven't recharged the broadband. And the toilet was also not clean

Staying in this hotel was a bad experience for me as the mattress bedsheets and blankets were very dirty bathroom basin was broken and tv was not working. No thanks

Staffs are not cooperative. After several complaint they restore tv and wifi. Rooms are dusty. Electric switch, socket broken. I have paid for deluxe room but they provided standard room. Food was also limited and poor quality.

The staff was horrible, not at all groomed properly. We used to stay due to the official meeting. Dinner was not available. No sofa is the room. Room also not properly cleaned.

Blankets were dirty, in my room ac started leaking and then room was changed late night. I requested for t cup which was dirty. Washroom was in bad shape and in toilet jet there was water for namesakes only. I never took bath because of ambiance.

Very dirty room. No water in the bathroom and kitchen was so dirty and the kitchen man was also in very dirty condition. Very very bade ly experience.
