Hotel was easy to locate. Room was average but the hotel's atmosphere and staff's behavior was very good and positive. They were cooperative and helpful. Food was good and tasty. I would recommend this property to other.

Hotel was easy to locate because it was in the middle of Kalimpong. Room was very clean and good. Washroom was hygienic and tidy. Staff was cooperative and courteous. I would recommend this property to others.

A small place in Charkhole provided excellent stay for 1 night. Extremely helpful caretaker, courteous and polite. Prepared great food and coordinated with the local syndicate for the local sightseeing. The early morning visit to Jhandidhara sunrise point and walk next to Loylegaon canopy was memorable.

Accommodation in Charkhole gives a serenity of Kanchenjunga and other peaks. Hospitality is more than expectation.

It's a small resort and is run by Mr biswajeet and her mom. I guess she looks after the kitchen and cooks some awesome Bengali delicacies. If you've got a thing for Bengali cuisine. This is the place. I guess the rooms could have been a bit cleanlier and some other stuff could have been better but their hospitality more than makes up for it. Cheers Hitesh.

If any one want to feel the nature, in lap of Himalayas. Near Neora Valley forest, go for the location.
