The reception was good. And the phone was well attended by reception by 2am night. The rooms are very neat including bathroom. Even-though it is attached to bar we didnt find any problems with stay. Overall good place for night stay.

Pleasant stay my family. Good. But the entrance in the residency near by liquor store. The road occupied many two wheelers.

The hotel is quite nice given the price range. The bathroom is nice and clean and room service is also good.

Room at original booking at crown residency was full and we were diverted to another property eagle heights where there was no caretaker and proper arrangements. Service is not good, infact received no service at all accept collection of key. Will not prefer the property

This place is located little away from mysore main area. Rooms are small but not that bad. I don't think this people usually book this place because in one room, there were no water in the bathroom and was having bad smell inside. Even the buckets in the bathroom are dirty. This building has also liquor shop in itm so i won't recommend this place if you are coming as a family or if there is girls/women with you.

caution: ground and first floor is bar & restaurant, second floor onwards rooms are there. so please requesting to the mmt . please mention neatly in description. one thing i noticed. the reviews are good. please question yourself. is it safe for family members?

You are the worst customer we have seen. Pathetic customer experience! You checked in, had dinner inside the room, used washrooms and started creating problems for other customers just to get refund of your stay for no reason. Worst people! We treat our customers like our family ... Read more
