When i checked in at 11:45PM, I received one room wherein there were bedbugs. I immediately asked them to change my room. They provided me another room again. They were bedbugs after 1015 minutes, they provided me another room at another floor. Again the issue persisted when I complained them they said they have already informed the housekeeping, but 01:30 in the morning, what am I supposed to do? I have asked them to refund my money, but they are not asking to do so, so I have made the video of it.

The staff was helping and assisted me to my room. I asked for teabags and water and it was delivered instantly more than asked for, the room was clean cosy and well maintained . Food was good . Bathroom accessories were in good shape. Overall a satisfying experience .

The only complaint I have was with the staff they were not as focus on customer service - like they asked for room service to be paid up front - during breakfast the waiters felt cold but other than that it was great

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
