Very comfortable stay. Helpful staff and a nice breakfast spread. Gym was huge and offered a spectacular view of the city’s skyline.

It was a wonderful experience and though the swimming pool was not operational the manager arranged for a pick up and drop to their other swimming pool nearby, really appreciated

I have visited pune multiple times, stayed in different hotels but first time stayed in this hotel. I must say that this one is one of the best in lot of parameters specially their staff service food buffet spread and extremely professional and well groomed. Service wise they are better than star. In future i will always stay here.

Pleasant, comfortable stay. Clean, professional, with a good breakfast spread. Floor to ceiling windows, ensured ample light, the views were open, making the stay even more delightful. The room came with a well stocked minibar. The staff was highly professional, and courteous. The best part was the bombay sandwich, which was delicious.

Had a fantastic stay at crown plaza, large well equipped rooms, excellent dining options, fantastic roof top lounge/bar, well equipped gym, trained staff. Absolutely loved the breakfast spread.
