Had an average experience at crowne plaza gurgaon. Staff is courteous and the buffet spread was good. However, property management left some things to be desired. In the room furniture had scratches.. curtains were not properly fixed and see to be coming off. Biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. Wanted to go for a swim but was greeted by host of pigeons.. they were drinking from the pool water and defecating as well. Definitely not what you expect a premium chain. Overall disappointing experience

Great Food Great Service
The food was excellent, and the dinner buffet was especially impressive. The pool area had a unique atmosphere compared to other hotels, and the staff were always helpful and friendly.

Average Stay
I booked a smoking room which wasn’t as clean and maintained as a non - smoking one . Also the food wasn’t great . The shower area smelled too . A tile was out in the toilet area so it wasn’t at all felt like a 5 star

Staycation and pre birthday celebration
Stay was comfortable. Good amenities. Pool is average. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Room was provided at higher floor as requested and city view was pretty. Complimentary cake and fruit basket is worth mentioning here. Thank you.

3rd stay at Crowne Plaza!
The location is very convenient, food was good, amenities and services are good too. We even got a complimentary personalised sweet on the day of our checkout during breakfast!

Luxury + Comfort
This is easily one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. I especially loved the thoughtful details like labeled buttons, automatic curtains, and the elevated floor in the shower cubicle. The room itself was spacious and spotless, making the stay very comfortable. The only downside I faced as a parent was that the wooden flooring creaked a bit, which occasionally disturbed my baby’s sleep.
