Very poor service. Terribly bad for staying here Poor amenities and services with exorbitant prices

Arrogant behaviour of staff... first refused to provide plates for dining...next told us to come and collect plates from dining hall.. after taking the matter to manager then only problem resolved.

helpful people and close to market and Jetty, also close to scooter rental, in the centre of island.

Very well located in the city and near to bharatpur beach, excellent food and good service. Amenities are also great

Location is good 900 meter and food are also good staff behaviour is nice. But check out time and check in time must be clear.

They are not maintaining the bathrooms and balcony area . bathroom hanger is a damaged one, AC is not working properly.

Food & complimentary breakfast is very very bad. The staff and the service is very poor. Utter waste of money. Nothing better in this hotel other than their bathrooms

Hotel in good condition, clean and spacious rooms, breakfast facilities provided. Time between checkin and checkout is not as per standard practice.

Property's location and food was fine but service was not up to the mark. One had to call the staff several times before they could come.

Excellent rooms having large size and attractive furniture. Complimentary breakfast is average and I suggest you to not order food from hotel restaurant due to offering very small quantity and having no taste at all.

It is in the centre of island and very near to the jetty, due to which every visit point is approachable, the hotel is good for the stay

Location is good, central. Rooms were average, just a budget stay, nothing more. Soft skills totally lacking at the reception. Curt and official, smiles missing. Rude notices placed everywhere, “check out at 9 am or rs 400/hour extra. Electricity very erratic, light goes off till generator comes on. Bedsheet was torn. Just tolerable for a day !

Actually due to renovation process we were shifted to hotel pearl park beach resort in lakshmanpura 1 …they have arranged a vehicle and the hotel was owned by CS empire…but this hotel is like walkable distance from jetty we had only two suitcases so we walked from jetty to this hotel

The deluxe room was beautifully decorated, and the amenities were exceptional, especially considering the small island setting. However, there was no wi-fi available, as they claimed it was under maintenance. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite ordinary, lacking fruits, eggs, and cereals, and overall, it was unpalatable.

My stay at cs empire was pleasant. The amenities offered were equal to a 3 * hotel. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff at the hotel were truly amazing. So helpful and polite. Breakfast served at the hotel was tasty. The hotel was close to the jetty and market area.

Not much of food options in breakfast and taste is also below average. We tried dinner too it's just average.
