This was my second stay in this hotel and it was highly satisfying as expected. Everything from check-in, room service, food, room quality are of the best hospitality standards and i wish to come back again. The only thing that can be avoided are the casual and small talks done by the restaurant staff among-st themselves while the customers are being served. This was observed by me while having my breakfast on 18th october. I wish greater success to the property.

I had the pleasure of staying at hotel cygnett inn imperial twice in the past month, and both experiences were exceptional. I discovered this gem through an search, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff members were incredibly cooperative and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant check-in process. The rooms were immaculate, well-appointed, and provided a comfortable retreat after a long day. The culinary experience was a highlight of my stay. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. The bar offered a delightful selection of drinks, and i particularly enjoyed the complimentary mocktails, which were a refreshing treat. Overall, my stays at hotel cygnett inn imperial were marked by excellent service, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Property location is in a bright street with retail showrooms. Reception staff are so pleasant and welcoming. The bar is nice and cosy with quick service and good music. The room is very comfortable and elegant and the bath is fitted with high end fittings. Everything has been provided for in the toiletries. The gym is very sufficiently equipped with high quality equipments and nothing is broken. The breakfast is a lavish spread ranging from english to south indian to assamese chira doi. Restaurant staff go out of their way to take care of the guests during the breakfast. And to top it all, they have a live flute performance at the breakfast hall that gets played all across the hotel common areas. Awesome hotel and i have an upcoming stay in cygnett itanagar too and really looking forward to it.

Property location is in the main market which is good. Nearby is mandir and ghat to visit. I think among my 15 year of travelling, the hotel was awesome. Amenities and service all are nice.
