It's nice there services and behaviour of the staff was very good i checked in early 1hr and didn't even say once that we can't let you check in early overall a nice gesture of staff and services.

Booked a hotel. Having bad management by the hotel. Although hotel was not good, there was lot of problems like bad mattress, cleaning issues, no ac while electricity was not available etc.

There is no any bad management by hotel. You booked deluxe room, hotel staff provide you deluxe room but after this you said you want super deluxe room. So deluxe and super deluxe room charges are different. Without make my trip permission hotel can't provide you super deluxe roo... Read more

Room shahi nah-in hai na bathroom saaf na tha sabun nahi rakh hai na tower rakh hai na water bottle rakh tha. 2 ghante me check out kar liya tha
