location is not good room is medium all activities like water park ,out door activities are not working mode

Overall good. Staff was polite and good. Main swimming pool was not working. Small pool was working.

Location is good, food average i don’t like this food, aminities not working under renovation, room service all good

We had a very bad experience. First of all we had booked 6 rooms at this hotel. We already informed them that we all are family hence plz provide us rooms on one floor. Still they didn't. And then we got 1 room at 6 in evening. We had oldies with us who had medical issues. Then next day since 5 in morning there was no electricity. We could not enjoy water rides as it was closed and had to use swimming pool and rooms were on 2nd floor so too much of hassle if travelling up and and down. The next day was also wasted on so much of insisting we had to cancel and get refund for the day. There is issue with network so we had to go outside the hotel and speak. Worst experience with this hotel.

The breakfast what it was given it was terribly horrible for the better of the dosa was so bad and the buffet what it was committed it was not like kind of that buffet and i think the food system was very bad

It's a very nice experience to stay in a hotel and everything you will get in one place only full enjoy meant, most important things is hotel staff are very kind and helpfull. Restaurant service is very fast. Thank you

We booked two rooms at dadra resort for 2 nights. The staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean. One of the rooms had some issues like washroom lock was broken and ac stopped working second evening. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Swimming pool was good and clean. Water park was not functioning.

Pathetic is the only for this property, i have visited this property on 11th & 12th aug 2023. Nothing in the resort/hotel was working, everything indoor & outdoor was just. All the furniture & furnishings in room, all the fittings in bathroom were simply scrap. Bathroom door was getting locked from inside once u go in. Showers & jet spray were jam, interiors of room and complete hotel were super shaddy. During night there was zero water supply, we had elders with us who faced utter discomfort with stay. Whatever indoor or outdoor pictures which are uploaded are like years old. I advise everyone to just ignore this pathetic place.

3. Over all experience was good and location of both place were good when i plan next visit continue with you

It's a pretty good property, with a promise of some good amenities. Unfortunately, we were not lucky enough to be able to experience most of ot though. The water park was shut for maintenance, the cable tv connection was down, no phone/intercom facility, no hot water through the day and initially there was no power i part of our room. Apparently, the connection was linked to another room, which is a very strange setup. On the positive side, the hotel staff and manager were quite supportive and assisted us to the best of their ability. Their restaurant is quite good and the food was delicious. They have a lovely swimming pool with an attached child pool with a shower fountain. My kid enjoyed a lot in the pool, so we were quite happy. They have a nice sport bar style area with a pool table (which was unfortunately not functional) and a table tennis table. Good fun if you are in a group. Overall, there were pros and cons and therefore i've rated it 3 stars.

They dont hv food or drink from their own menu card. Wifi not working. I didn't get whatever i have ordered. We have drink and eat by their choice cause nothing is available. Staff not cooperative. Terrible experience. Wate of money. Ruined my holi festival.
