Mr. Nazir the owner of this hotel very nice person they help us more. They have given us package in cheaper rate. We have no problem in this trip due to his guidance. When we have planned the kashmir trip all people has told us why you have chosen srinagar other destination whyn't they are afraiding us there are danger but we reached there we have not known we reached in another place we reached at our home their hotel staff is very cooperative and well mannered mr. Zahir is very nice and well mannered he cooperate us more. We donot express in word for their services. There restorant facility is awesome we feel at home maid food. One thing I say to you another people were very satisfied for hotel services. We talked a couple who stayed in this hotel belongs from Indonesia are very pleased their hotel services. We met an employee of SEBI who is very nice person regularly come in this hotel they also praising this hotel service. If we will go to srinagar then we will go this Dull view Resort once again.

Excellent service. Staff is very courteous and treat you like a family. Located centrally too. They serve you very good food. They arrange all sightseeing and suggest you too. Nice place to stay and good. The owner himself attends to the customers personally and sees to their requirements.

Dal View Resort is located in the best location of Dal Lake. Resort property is well maintained and the support staff is very attentive and diligence in their work. Most of the tourist attractions are near to the place Ghat No 17 where the Dal View Resort is located, e.g. Shankracharya Temple, Nishat Baag, Shalimar Baag, Chaar Chinaar etc. The Hospitality received by the Resort owner and the hotel staff made us feel at home.

- location is not good, neither resort not houseboat, - shikara is the only resource to travel from dal road to resort and resort to dal road which taker longer then usual - there is no ventilation in room - rooms are non ac - good thing is owner is nice - staff is nice

Staff at resort is helpful and well behaved. Cook is a gentleman and his preparations are very good. Javed is a supportive person. Value worth money.

It was wonderful stay, all staff are very cooperative even the owner of this hotel was available for any help. I appreciate their cooperation and quality of service. It was very cold but all staff was available to us for any kind of need. Rate is very reasonable.

The location of the hotel is great.

On first day the hotel was not ready for check in when we reached in the evening so we were immediately shifted to houseboat however the houseboat was good.

The water in the bathroom was less than warm so may be they can improve or check the hot water provision as it is most important to have hot water in colder surrounding.

Hotel location is good, Managemnt is not equiped to handle rush.

The hotel owner who is managing the hotel activities was acting funny. He even said that he is providing services cheap whereas the hotel is much costlier and that MAKEMYTRIP customers are enjoying benefits so cheap. This talk happened when we complained about the room as we were not given the right kind of room and we were asked to keep changing rooms frequently.

1)Choice of food limited and expensive, if not part of the hotel booking package 2) All restaurants or markets being on the main road, Shikara ride @ Rs 50/- one way, essential and time consuming.3) Hotel management provided excellent support on sight seeing transport, airport drop etc

The staff helped us alot in making our tour successful. They have resolved any small issue as we report. I am sure our trip would not be this well without his support must be the best hotel in Dal Lake at its price range.

The service was good but room was not as deluxe and they didn't provide any room heater or warm blanket. So we faced a lot of problem in night time and next time I will not book any hotel from makemytrip because they didn't informed properly about their guest. I have booked deluxe room but initially they gave me normal standard room. After discussing they gave me little better room but it's not deluxe. I supposed to stay one more night in that resort but left because we got cold during night in room. I will ask all my friends not to book from makemytrip. I saw that Aiport pick up was free but driver took Rs. 600 from me and food was so costly in Dal View Resort.

They have 2 hotels one inside dal lake, where you need to take a shikara, they dont provide one for you. One in road side hotel. But thats very far away from the city. When we call them, they ask us to choose from two hotels, we prefer roadside. It was very far away from the city. The hotel is actually home converted into hotel. Their family still lie inside hotel in ground floor. One servent. No other staff. Rooms are good. But total experience, if you visit as couple or family do not prefer to this hotel.
