We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The rooms are spacious and clean. The location is very good and in close proximity to the ooty lake and boat house. The service is prompt and the staff is really friendly and polite. The complimentary breakfast has good options. They have an in-house restaurant and the food quality and taste is good. Our overall experience was very pleasant.

Its value for money, firstly the view of lake from the hotel is serene and also ideal for morning walks, also its centrally located and thus you can visit almost all places easily. Thread garden and port boat house are a walk away, on top of that hospitality is at its best and quite quick, breakfast buffet is also delicious

Spend 3 days in the hotel, one of the best ever i’ve had before, located near to ooty lake and give you nice breathtaking view from the room or from the balcony, either to sit and talk or to have your food, the staffs are good and so polite, feels you good and safe like your home, best place to stay with your family

The stay was excellent! guests are treated by everyone with a pleasant smile, courteous staff and they are always ready to help us. 24 hours support from the front desk and what is displayed in mmt as the services provided has been provided. Kids friendly hotel and both my kids really enjoyed the stay there. 24 hours running hot water, neat and clean rooms with a perfect lake view, excellent spread of dining options and definitely worth a revisit if you are travel-ling with your family especially with kids without doubt go for it as it is one if the best hotel in ooty

Property location is very good, opposite to ooty lake and all major attractions are near by to this hotel breakfast has good number of options like idle, dosa, parantha, bread, fruits, juices, vada and some good veg items. Rooms are so clean and well maintained. Room services are also good. I am with my 1 year old baby. They gave me all basic need which my baby wants like boiled water, bottle sterilize and other things.

The lake view rooms are amazing. Hospitable staff. Just a 5 minutes walk from the ooty lake. Decent vegetarian food options.
