This was my second stay in this property. The quality of service, and room cleanliness was exceptional. The uniqueness of this hotel is the large room size, which was always a plus factor. I forgot my headphones and smart-watch on my last stay here over a month ago. I wasn't optimistic, but i did ask the reception casually if they happened to find it. To my pleasant surprise, they have kept both the items carefully for a month, and returned it back to me. The reception and support staff were very professional in their approach. Ps: if you are headed to the airport, expect a 2 hour driving time till the destination. Traffic can be funny sometimes.

The stay was extremely pleasant! the staff always had a smile while catering to our needs. The food was just right taste on touching the palate! the rooms are as cozy as the bangalore weather and the views give you a very calm and soothing feeling! miss shanti, mr debankur and mr. Rajnikant have been very very helpful and always had a smile no matter what we asked for! perfect for a soothing stay!

Had a great stay. The staff are superlative. Debankur at reception helped me get a good king bed room. He also allowed me a late checkout till it was possible. More than that the attitude to please and serve guests was there in the staff. Subramani always had a smile while taking care of the luggage. In the breakfast table the staff often walk up to ensure every guest is fine and happy. Bfast is excellent. The location is in very crowded junction and high traffic but it’s very central so anywhere in blore you go time to travel is lesser. The room was gigantic and no complaints. The bathroom was bit old but as such no issues. I will go again and stay there in future as its costs are reasonable.
