A decent hotel
familyBeing a bit away from main market area, availabilty of transport facility is poor. Travel & transport facilities available with the hotel is limited. Food & other amenities are good. Staff behavior is decent & cordial. Power back-up is there but it needs proper maintenance.

Horrible experience
This hotel was a disaster! the staff were clueless and had no conduct. Room service took forever and didn't even clean the room properly (twice. Our bed had rips in the sheets, and to add insult to injury, they tried to rip us off with a messed-up bill. Save your money - stay anywhere else!

businessThe hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are poorly dress up....front desk guys were looking under age below 18 year and indifferent...rooms are worst quality. Room was dust central, dust had settled. Equipment in room is faulty or not working properly, when I entered in room then temperature is very high, dinner quality was worst ever I had. Mentioned rating & facility in makemytrip app are falsed. Please visit to make sure facility & quality physically.

Airconditioner not working, pools not maintained, staff confused
familyRoom was not ready. Airconditioner was not working. After following up with reception, technician visited the room 4 times but failed to fix the issue. Room key (smart card) was not provided as they had issue updating the card at reception. After multiple follow ups and arguments, they agreed to change the room. But airconditioner condition remained same. Finally they told they have had some issue with the cooling system. I offered to check-out the room as it was difficult to stay there in 45 degree temperature. Their swimming pool was dirty and they did not bothered to clean it. Finally the bill settlement, they offered a room having 2 airconditioner which i refused. Overall a messy place with novice staff at reception with no support to them.

familyI'll begin with a concern: upon check-in, there was no concierge service available, so i had to seek assistance myself. The swimming pool was rather disappointing, and the breakfast options were quite limited, with the staff showing little activity. However, one positive aspect is the location. Additionally, room service was satisfactory, and the food served was both tasty and delicious.
