Good stay easy to book and cancel Makemytrips may more easy. And the customer care executive are too good and quick response and quick solving the problem. But the the Oriental Grand need more improvement. Thank.

The staff is very friendly and the services are very good. The hotel is worth the money they charge in Nagaland... The food quality was the best. The location of the hotel is very good with good parking. If have to visit Kohima again, I would definitely like to stay here again.

Please try to add items on breakfast and about the room, many electronic accessories are not working properly, even the telephone.

The hotel refused to give me a bill as and i quote, " as you have booked the hotel from make my trip so bill will not be provided.
