Location was excellent and was accessible very easily. Amenities of the hotel were pretty decent and all services provided by the hotel were very good. Breakfast has many options and taste of most of the food was delicious. Overall it was a fabulous stay.

Average Stay
The look and ambiance of the rooms are getting worn out. Reception is pretty laid back, no greeting,no welcome,no briefing on room and amenities, no brief on breakfast availability and timing. Since last 3 years, have been choosing De sovrani for stay at Kolkata but no more. Disappointed. Still average boz the support staffs and housekeeping was very kind.

Need to repair the rooms
Very bad experience. Rooms are unhygienic and some of things in washroom are broken down. Food is fine

Stay was great, all amenities were provided. But the buffet food was disappointing, it wasn’t up to the mark during festival we were dissatisfied.
