Stay, location is excellent, amenities are so so but the behavior of the caretaker is not satisfactory rather rude at the time of check out. Moreover services during last three nights and days were good and friendly.

I liked this property for its location. It's a home stay which is part of a hotel. They have access to a nice pool, restaurant which serves good food. It's far away from the crowded temple streets, crowded beaches. We enjoyed our stay

Apartment is located inside emperors hotel. On the beach side. Apartment has one king size bed and another sofa cum bed. Room has a small kitchen with normal kitchen facility, which we did not use. Toilet is smaller but clean. Room is cleaned daily. There is no room service, but you can go to the restaurant at ground floor, also there is a caffe which is on the beach side road. Wifi is good overall it was a great experience caretaker is good and he can be accessed by phone only.

deb oasis: a serene escape my recent three-day stay at deb oasis was an absolute delight. the resort's strategic location, with a pool on one side and the pristine beach on the other, provided the perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. the rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, offering a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring puri. the on-site deli cafe served up delicious meals at reasonable prices, making it a convenient and enjoyable dining option. i also had the opportunity to visit marine drive, which was a short distance away. the scenic drive and the bustling atmosphere of the beach were a great way to experience the local culture. overall, my stay at deb oasis was exceptional. the combination of natural beauty, comfortable accommodations, and excellent amenities made it a truly memorable experience.

This is a part of Hotel empires which has been taken up as homestay and managed by Sashsi . Got this side sea view room and the sea view was literally very good+ the pool view. the room was neat and clean and was worth much more than what I paid for. As this is a home stay you get all kitchen items to cook your own food. altough we didn't cook but loved what it had to offer. would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a good room and no fancy service from hotel. I saved a lot by staying in this hotel. + they have car Parking inside the hotel so no parking on road side. or the newly made paid parkinf

The property is in prime location facing the sea and the rooms here are awesome. The staff here have perfectly taken care of cleanliness and hygiene.

Lovely sea view, food is nice, location excellent, no room service, restro staff not much interested in guest. My bathroom basin waste water coming out on floor. Swimming pool was nice but no food served on it. Stunning view of beach as well of hotel & swimming pool from balcony. Over all lovely stay of 4 days.

As it was home stay no food facilities was available amenities was ok ; services was ok. Regarding services related issue have to call the care taker like cleaning of room etc. Bathroom was ok but basin under ground drainage pipe was licking

I book this property for my sister, they love it specially their son like it. I have to extend the stay for half day due to train time. Host behaviour is very polite and helpful

This is a private property inside hotel empire. Noone in reception knowing the details of the property. We are facing problem and going to file case in cyber crime. But in last minutes someone call and asked us to come inside the hotel and given a room.
