Given the price i paid for debraj hotel its was completely waste the room were small and smely with cracks seen on the wall not properly cleaned before guest check in from out side the hotel looks fine but from inside its not the worth paying 2000 rs for one room the breakfast was also very miser. i will never recomend any one to this hotel

AS ACCORDING TO THE BOOKING, NO WIFI IN THE ROOM, NO BALCONY, NO SEA FACING, ROOMS ARE VERY SMELLING 😞😞😞 TOTALLY WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME

We had a booking of 2 elite rooms. Pros: 1. The location of the property is perfect just in front of the sea beach (you may call it a private beach. 2. You can enter the swimming pool with any costume. 3. You can order food in the room and get it. It was mentioned 5% extra for room service, but they didn't charge it. 4. The pools is big. Cons: 1. If you reach before 12 pm, they will make you wait until l 12. No early check in facility. 2. No contact number is available. I had to find out the number from google. But unfortunately that number didn't respond. 3. Overpriced and service was horrible, terrible, awful. 5. There was no lock in the balcony door. So, technically the rooms don't have any privacy. Anybody can enter your room at any point of time. 6. The manager/front desk staff behaviour is very bad. 7. All food is not available all the time. 8. The quality of food is also not up to the mark. 9. The room was wet when we entered. Though they knew we had a booking, the room was not prepared. 10. They don't have any split ac, only window ac which is very far away and not enough to cool the room. 11. The telephone (available in one room, not in the other) and the tv was there but didn't work. 12. Last, but not the least, after ordering food in the pool side, you need to wait for an hour and need to make calls several times to get the food at your table. 13. Outside food is not allowed as mentioned, but inside they don't have anything. Literally anything, not even the proper snacks. 14. Forget to mention, the reception doesn't have any ac/fan where we had to wait for 1 hour almost. I really don't suggest anyone to stay in this hotel. It is overpriced and terrible service. Don't waste your money here. The adjacent hotel adv kanvas is far better than this one.

There was a network issue in room and entire hotel also. No intercom was available in room, there was on option to connect restaurant/reception. Also ac was stopped at 9am of checkout date where check out time is 11 am. Food quality good but overall experience average

3rd class service. Very poor service make my trip rate is expensive then hotel room rate also they are ignoring make my trip customer. I had done big mistake in booking.

The food was average but the stay was good. I will surely recommend for staying only for the weekend.

Rooms were just okay considering the price we paid per room per night. Initially they forced us to check in to very bad room, then we had to show them mm t app about the facilities we checked before booking. Even then they denied sea facing rooms saying that building is closed. So finally settled in a room with at least having a balcony and better interior. Food quality was quite good. Pool was good with a bar beside. Overall stay was good.

Service is very poor. Make my trip also not provide proper service. No break fast provided even we pay for that.

Great atmosphere nice food good and polite staff and owner clean pool nice location on the beach nice room.

I am sharing a very bad experience booking. Yesterday i booked debraj beach resort but i have been given a room according to their tariff chart and that too the worst room of that category. Very dirty bathroom and unhealthy atmosphere. I think public toilet or pay and use toilet are better than this.

The resort, s facilities was very poori feel they are taking more money regarding their poor service. All the visitors were fighting in reception counter regarding complaint s of poor service of entire unit. Very bad experience.

The room quality was not good. Bathroom flash was broken. In the reception area water was logged. Only good thing was the food quality. But at the same time the service tym is very slow

This is the worst experience of my lifetime. Debraj resort is a big failure altogether. The food is pathetic and competes with their more pathetic service. To be precise service doesn’t exist. Staff is well trained to say no for every request. Rooms are old, dirty and ill-maintained. Ac doesn’t work properly. They still have window acs installed for rooms with exposure of maximum sunlight which keeps the rooms hot & humid the whole day. Moreover acs are not working properly and few are in poor condition/broken. No courtesy towards guests at all from the entire staff and management. I will never stay here again and not recommend anyone to book this hotel ever. Strictly wastage of money and time. Such a waste of my weekend.

The service is extremely poor and the washroom is not up to the mark. Moreover the doors and windows are also not in a good condition. The payment has already been done how can i avail discount today
