Nice experience, stay was short, plenty of water and good and comfy, neat bed. Good for a family of three members wasn't able to open tge door to the balcony as the key wasn't there and was missing

The hotel is located at old bus stop with wonderful view and very hygiene maintained, don't not look for outside view of the hotel.

This is a nice hotel with good ambience and hospitality. The loaction is nearby to railway station and to bus stand also. The staffs are really good and co-ordinating with guests with kindness. The best stay is here in kasaragod.

Since the hotel is in the city centre helps to reach easily from kasaragod railway station, as well as from both private and state bus stations. Bus stop is just infront of the hotel

Access to the hotel is quite confusing. But once in, the service is super good, helpful folks at the reception, clean and hygienic setups. Super large room with woodworks at a super value pricing. ! the only let down is no breakfast included in the package, and could not include it as an option as well.

Overall good stay. But there is scope of improvement. Location is good, in centre of city, hotel ambience is good. Good spacious room and bathroom with all modern amenities. No 24 hours room service, no intercom to connect. Need to have pest control on regular basis as there were lot of small cockroaches due to wooden interiors.

Courteous staff, neat and clean rooms, staff shareef and rasheed are to be congratulated. The strength of wifi to be improved. It would be better to get a newspaper in the morning the hotel is in the heart of the city
