Property is located at very near to airport and on bang main city and airport connecting road. But the serving staff is sleepy service we're poor and not much to offer in breakfast and dinner. Looked as if the few of the serving staff did not have taken shower for months. Will not recommend

They need to have good supply of hot water which was lacking. They have a good food choice.

The food was fine. The location was fine. The room was not clean, bed linens were also dirty. Management was not cooperative, asked for an extra bed but they didn't provide. The washroom was dirty. I had to wait for 10 minutes while checking out because front desk wasn't available.

the hotel was horrible the heating system was on only for 6pm to 9pm when the whole day the temperature was -5°c. they dint even care if you mention this to them. we had to leave after just spending 1 day there.

It's not the same as seen in the photos

It's not good for family. Booked seeing the photos and when we saw the hotel it was terrible. Didn't feel safe for family so we didn't stay and we left from there immediately. Full of male crowd having cigarette in whole area and i got the smell of illegal stuff as well (hope you got what i meant) when i just entered the hotel. Not recommended for family!
