The room first of all was not ready despite being told an hour before that we are reaching. On reaching we had to wait for 45 minutes for the room to get ready. When asked for an extra bed, we got a torn out foam piece and they just covered it with bedsheet. The bathrooms yet spacious but not of good quality. Water was running continuously in washrooms. No soap and basic amenities were provided. Ac was on for the whole time and there was no switch to switch it off. Yes the staff was a bit cooperative and they helped in bringing luggage up and down in the hotel.
