Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel

The room was decent sized. The tv was old and wasnt working. The food at the Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel is really good but expensive. They make fresh food and alter as per your liking too. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a huge parcel to be carried up and down the room and they did it and even asked the night before if we wanted them to come and help with that parcel at night bcoz there would be only 1 guard that early in the morning (we had early morning checkout at 5. 45. They also packed some brkfast for us to have along the way as we would be missing out on the breakfast that morning. That was very kind of them. There was no view though. We only had the courtyard view. So all in all a mixed experience but still i would rate them very highly. Keep up the good work!

Surprisingly restful & quiet, despite being minutes away from the main streets & attractions of jaipur. True to its name, it was replete with rajasthan heritage in it's decor so it was easy to feel as if we were in a miniature rajput palace-room. Yet it had a homely, cozy feel & was modern & clean. The staff was attentive, gracious and welcoming. The amenities were well maintained & the buffet breakfast with cook to order dishes rivaled any major Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel chain. Our stay at dera rawatsar will always tempt us back to jaipur & was definitely one of the memorable highlights of our trip to rajasthan!

It was a nice comfortable stay at dera rawatsar. The place is tastefully done and has a good ambience. The staff is very courteous and friendly. The food offered in the restaurant is well prepared and tasty, however, their breakfast menu needs to be spruced up considerably. Very limited menu and indian menu it is. There is no choice for an english breakfast but for eggs to prefer. Some cheese, sausages ham/ salami/ bacon and grilled tomatoes or wedges could be added to make the menu interesting. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay at dera rawatsar.

Value for money at the rate i got the room as well as complimentary picc up from airport. The roo was ok, staff were courteous. Howevet they have limited options for dinner or lunch in their restaurant. Also breakfast also had limited spread, but nobad looking at the price i paid for my booking. Also the the location is not great and approach is through a small street. At the time of my stay some construction work was also going on creating a bit of discomfort. But overall experience is not bad looking at the rate i paid.

If you are looking for a location near to all the main markets, metro station and a little away from the city chaos, then this is just perfect for you. We were happily offered a room upgrade, the pool was absolutely clean. The room service was excellent, food was bland but fresh and tasty. The entire service staff is so nice and helpful, you would feel at home. I have stayed at a lot of places in jaipur, would rate this at the top.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. Multiple nearby places to visit specially rawat kachori and hawa mahal market. The Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel is well maintained and beds were very firm. There staff was amazing provided us everything we asked for on time. Just wanted them to improve their morning complimentary breakfast menu and spar y mosquito repellent in rooms before guest arrival.

The dera rawatsar heritage Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel jaipur was pleasant. Good sized heritage rooms, excellent service and home style food. Small improvements would elevate the stay. In our room the air con was old and not reverse cycle so no heating. The small fan heater on the floor struggled & was noisey. A box of tissues wouldn't go astray. All in all a good stay & would consider again.

Near to most locations in jaipur, the place was really nice. The staff was good, the Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel was very clean, spacious rooms. It was a good experience )

Hotel is simple, but has a lot of character. Room amenities are more than sufficient. Service was very personable and good.

Hotel is ok, buffet breakfast had very limited menu. Even for dinner in restaurant choices were limited.

Very beautiful, well maintained Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel. The best part about this Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel is it’s location. It is a lil away from the crowded city but still close to the market. Staff was super friendly. Definitely worth staying! highly recommended.

Good experience overall excellent hospitality

Even if it is lo-acted in market area it is quite place. Full marks for hygine, food and the most important hospitality. Coming from a royal family they are running a heritage style Dera Rawatsar Heritage Hotel. Comfortable stay and pleasent stay. 5 stars.

Excellent resort, excellent hospitality

It was a very warm and pleasant stay. I loved the staff's courtesy and care. Very good food. I had taken the package and it was worth it. Excellent hygiene. Our next visit will definitely look forward to staying here. .
