The room was clean. The air conditioning was perfect. Other facilities were also available like breakfast, wifi, laundry etc. I had a great stay there...one must give it a try. strongly recommended!

All in all it’s good concept of living. It’s very homely atmosphere. As business traveler we prefer to stay near by transportation connect zone, care taker of things and zero disturbance. All i get in this property. You can make your food or care taker also make it, and you can also order from anywhere. Really i forgot the name of care taker but he was very calm friendly and humble. Thank you very much to owner & care taker

We all had really fun. Whenever we used to go out we pray at the church and there is a shop near by which has awesome food items. It is at the best location. All facilities are there like ATM, malls etc. Security wise it is a safe place to stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The host was incredibly nice and helpful, making my stay enjoyable with their friendly and accommodating attitude. However, the caretaker seemed a bit strange and sometimes not very polite when i talked to them. I hope the hotel can make sure all their staff are consistently friendly and welcoming to guests in the future.

It’s a 3bhk apartment in a new residential building. You get a nice clean airy room. The linen was very clean. The bathroom was very clean. A caretaker is there to make you tea and breakfast (and am guessing other meals too. For 2. 5 k you get shady 2-3 star hotels that are very dingy and dirty. So this is a great option

The stay at dev shelters was pleasant, nice and clean rooms, the caretaker was helpful. The only downside was the complimentary breakfast which was not sufficient in terms of quantity
