Review Of Deva Samudra Beach Stay

The hotel stay and its facilities were excellent. Gokarna Beach is just a one-minute walk away, and the location offers a nice private space. The in-house restaurant and its service were also very good. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Had a very pleasant stay at deva samudra and the property is located right in front of the beach but only the suite room has beach view whereas the other rooms are very neat and clean.

The rooms were okayish, but it has a beach stay so beach is accessible. The resort’s restaurant is very slow.

+ves: Beach access. -ves: No room service, No decent locks Road to location is very narrow, only 1 car can go, No internet in early morning, No TV, No complimentary breakfast, Bathroom door doesn't have stopper, Smelly Bathroom, Expensive Restaurant, Poor Service at the restaurant, Ridiculous wait times at the restaurant, Incomplete, inconsistent, incorrect food serving by restaurant waiting staff.

location is best in entire Gokarna, on best of the beaches, room is spacious, neat and staff are attentive, also food at shack is tasty and reasonably priced. on the whole our 3 day stay is memorable, keep it up Deva Samudra !!

The room assigned to us was clean and spacious. The staff was really helpful and kind. The restaurant food was ok, but you can find many local restaurants near the vicinity to enjoy traditional south indian food.

The rooms were good but not as mentioned in the description as Sea View also the MakeMyTrip shared the property contact number which was completely incorrect. Hence if in case needed do check the Google Listing and reach the owner. Also as they they have an inhouse restaurant but in actuality it's handled by someone else they don't even share the number of the restaurant. Hence if needed so search for "Sea Spirit - Gokarna" then reach out directly for any assistance. In our case this was much needed as we had to check in around 9.30 pm due to this we wanted to know if the restaurant would open or not. The restaurant takes the last order by 10.30 pm

We stayed in s4 which is sea facing and room is quite good. This has a big balcony facing towards sea. Beach just accessible from the room. Restaurant is just facing beach. Food is mostly north indian. Good parking space. Road leading to this place is very narrow. Really great stay and enjoyed.

A very beautiful property along the beach. The rooms are clean and good, polite staff and it is attached to a great cafe which offers good food.

It's one of the best resorts in gokarna. Budget friendly. Restaurants need to improve, room service not available. Everyone can enjoy the private beach.
