Refreshing waterfront, well maintained neat bedroom and bathroom. Hardworking and polite staff, serene natural beauty with plum trees. Made my family holiday, a fantastic and amazing experience.

We had a great stay at devat farm. The property was well located and parking was arranged for us at cost. The room was well laid out with all amenities like hot water and toilet items provided for. The view of the river from the room was awesome and there was a lot of bird watching opportunities. The staff, led by indra ji and roshni, were very courteous and prompt with their service. They had arranged for buffet breakfast as well as dinner, which was quite sumptuous. We had a really great stay. Full marks to the the property as well as the staff. Shall definitely recommed it for an idyllic stay amid-st nature.

Devat farm cottages are truly exceptional in both conception and execution. The riverside location is beautiful, flanked on all sides by mountains surrounding the tirthan valley. You can walk down to the bank in 3 minutes or sit in the garden and dining hall feeling the breeze which blows gently through the day. The caretakers are gentle and cook amazing homestyle food ! the balcony gives a panoramic view of the surroundings. The rooms are comfy and comfortable and well maintained. It was truly a great stay and we also spent time walking around the village roads in the lap of nature. I suggest to go with a good book or lazy thoughts to unwind and enjoy the pristine surroundings. Kudos to the host for being very accomodative of our needs. Hope to visit them again !

Amazing experience at such a homely cottage. This is exactly how I’ve always dreamed of a cottage to look like. The hosts were very welcoming, the food was homemade and tasted just perfect, and the view was very beautiful. The cottage is a little away for the main road but I think that’s what makes it more beautiful. Thanks to Prashant for maintaining such a lively place, I’ll definitely visit this place again with my family.

Crossing aa bridge with the sound of river flowing alongside will certainly give you a great joy. Isn't it. Nice place to get out of the usual hustle of a town.

10/10 for location, food and cleanliness. Our stay was non-refundable and we were stuck in mandi due to land slide. Yet host waived off pur 1 night stay. Hard to find such business owners. Staff is polite and caring. Close your eyes and book your stay. Worth each penny.

You have to park your vehicle away from property, which is a bit of a hassle. Considering home stay, food is not bad. There were frequent power outages and no alternative supply is available. Staff is very humble and cooperative. No issues with hygiene and safety!

Dates 14th to 16th june, 2019 I was waiting to write review. Visited there with my friends (couples included). I Am sure words will be less to express the best experience. Still points I can cover 1) hotel owner Prashant, chill guy, helpful, very kind, adjusted all our requirements without creating any issue. 2) location near River, balcony rooms, cool breeze. Morning in one of those rooms was like heaven. Very near to nature. 3) staff very humble, order anything they will make it possible. Always smiling and helpful. 4) rooms very clean and spacious (can surely say about rooms 102, 103), big clean washroom, perfect River facing balcony. Overall must try place. Pictures of hotel in any of site is very real.

Place is beautiful with River view, also has easy access to River. It's an extremely clean property including rooms, kitchen and the dining area. Care takers are very courteous, soft spoken and welcoming. Food is simple, they could add some more variety since there is no other option nearby. Overall an excellent place to spend some peaceful time

Serenity. On the banks of Tirthan River. You can sit for hours together on the rocks at the riverside and enjoy every moment. The rooms are clean and spacious and the support staff is very very helpful. The biggest strength of this resort is it's access to the best Side of the River. Meditate, relax and rejuvenate at this peaceful and pristine place. No crowds like Manali. We stayed here for 4 days. What an experience. Book today if you want time to pause. Shailaysh

Amazing location, great hospitality of the hosts, brilliant food and everything else that you need to forget your daily worries and slip back into a gap in time where you aren't in a race anymore. Must visit, nestled between soaring mountains quietly snugged by the river, this place is a finder's delight. The service is impeccable as everything you request for gets taken care of. The hosts truly are amazing. The food is rich with local ingredients which is what we were looking for. Just sit back and relax.

Me and my wife stayed here in 2nd week July 2017. The cottage is located on the side of the river opposite the road, hence you need to walk a little, cross the bridge over the river to enter the cottage. The good part is that the cottage caretakers come to receive you and also escort to the room. I was especially impressed with hospitality of Miss Prabha who acted as caretaker cum receptionist cum cook. The food they provide is actually like what I get in my home. So if you are looking for some special kind, better to let them know in advance. For me it was fantastic. The view from the cottage is amazing. You can hear the sound of river flow and birds chirping. Room was clean. Washrooms were tidy and hot water was available. If you are dependent on taxis for sightseeing you can get a one right on the road opposite the cottage. Better take a local taxi rather than calling a taxi guy from Aut or Banjar. Finally the caretaker escorted us while leaving the cottage. Overall a nice experience due to marvelous location and good hospitality.

The place is right beside the tirthan river (although the river now runs slightly away from the property. Rooms and bathroom are spacious and properly furnished, from the balcony, the river is visible in the distance. The staff is very helpful and cooks tasty local delicacies and indian food (don't expect a restaurant menu though. Reaching the property needs you to cross a footbridge over the river which has a great view. Our favorite pastime was walking around the valley/ river bank.
