Calm & cool place away from city hustle

The location is amazing, facing naukuchiatal. Morning sunrise, evening lake view. Away from the hustle of the nainital city. The rooms were really clean, spacious and had a separate balcony. The balcony was spacious. Bathrooms are big and clean. Everyday the rooms are cleaned and towels and bedsheets replaced. Only 1 thing i found lacking was that the bathroom should have a proper exhaust fan
