Loud Machine Noise from Terrace. Night was horrible.
There was construction work/machinery on the terrace, so the entire night was marked by drilling / heavy motor noise. Absolutely horrible stay. The front desk person was utterly unprepared to handle such issues.

Very good hotel
The stay at the hotel was excellent. Room was neat and clean. The restaurant staff was very co-operative and well behaved. The quality and taste of food was excellent.

Unhygienic, Noisy, and Poorly Located – Bad Experience Overall
There were cockroaches in the rooms, and the one I stayed in had a constant ticking noise—like a jammed fan—that kept me from sleeping. Guests were loud in the hotel even after 11 pm. The roads from the airport to the hotel were in terrible condition. Overall, it was a bad experience.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – Never Again
One of the worst stay experiences we've had. Initially told all rooms were booked, then suddenly a room appeared—without a working AC. Knowing the issue, they still gave it to us, only to later offer another room where the AC worked fine. Poor service, misleading staff, and subpar facilities. Definitely our first and last stay here.

Excellent Stay
The staff are very skilled courteius, in fact I was not well, they took good care. Food is also tasty ,they have to rotate the options well and not repeat The rooms are also quite spacious,airy,neat and clean.

overall good stay.
Stay was good. Chk in was not welcoming. There was hot water issue. Had to call service man to solve. Positively solved but again nxt day morning same issue of hot water again. Hotel is very comfortable in stay. Only negative is the reception is not welcoming. And there is issue of hot water. When u complain it gets solved within 15-20 mins but again in later day or next morning same issue pops up.

The stay was average as the food quality & option was not there . And they didn't have the Parking inside hotel premises . The room are also too small . The service was also late . overall it was a average property

Not happy with stay, Poor centralised AC cooling. The bed was very soft and could not slip properly.The carpet under the bed was in very bad in condition.

AC in 3rd floor is not working properly , Spend night by sitting and walking and staff know this already before check-in but they act they don’t know anything

NEED IMPROVEMENT
I have some feedback - 1. Please put 1 odonil or aer packets in the bathroom and bedroom, it smells good. 2.The AC's sound was loud, we turned it on level one but still it's sound was loud. Rest is good.
