Was not cleaned and there were no one to attend if we needed anything. No one was there while we checked out

The behaviour of employee is not good and there is no one in reception for an hours. Remote is not working. TV is not working and breakfast is very bad breakfast. They do not pick up the calls. No one is listening very bad.

Hotel is average but there is no room service and no staff is available for service

Very bad food and facilities and staff service very bad

It was poor. Tea pot was not available even after reminders. Food was not good. Service was poor. Everything from the hotel was opportunistic.

Pathetic staff, location is on highway, wifi not working, staff was more interested to attend birthday party at party lawn rather check in the guest.

Service was not good. No one was available at reception for any query. No one attended the call from the room at the restaurant n reception also. Building was awesome 👍🏻 location around building n concept was awesome. Service was poor.

The staff of resort is unprofessional, rude and services are bad. They need to be trained professionally. Charges of rooms are over priced almost double. Their staff was behaving like why guests are coming. There was no one at the reception we had to wait for 15minutes for the guy at reception. Also, their restaurant is unhygenic, sub standard food quality and services are bad. I trusted makemytrip whilr booking room there but it was bad experience. Makemytrip please suggest hotels that give comfort and not the stress.

Hotel is completely unprofessional. You have to carry your luggage from parking to 1st floor and again same carry back to parking. Second - no support from desk. Complete no from receptionist. Third - breakfast was chargeable even after it was paid and counted as complimentary.

Their location is good, their staff's behavior is also good, their service is also good and their food is also good.
