Review Of Digantaa Resort

My stay at Myna Cottage at Diganta resort was disappointing despite the room being fine, as the washroom was unclean and smelly. The real letdown was the food buffet, unclean swimming pool, and overall lack of cleanliness throughout the premises. For the high prices, I expected much better services and amenities, but unfortunately, the experience fell short.

Very nice stay. Had a good experiences. Property is very nice and beautiful. Have all the facilities.

Property location , food was excellent, only they need to work on there services that has to be fast considering a 5 star rated property, overall my experience was good..!

It was very pleasant stay at resorts. Surrounding is so beautiful with all the amenities presents in resort.

The resort offer a scenic view and good place for kids to play. However the service is very poor. It took multiple calls for towels, which was supposed to be there in first place. 2. Refrigerator was missing in one of the two rooms booked. 3. Fan was broken and swing function was not working

1. A lot of service were not available like spa and massage . The steam room were also not very great. 2. ⁠Wi-Fi was not available in the room and staff didn’t resolve proactively 3. ⁠checkout in morning 8 am took 40 mins as the staff was sleeping 4. ⁠but staff was helpful. Submitted the image

The night manager has zero knowledge of how to treat a guest. All he knew was no. Suraj the restaurant manager was very nice but the food again is horrible. Rooms are good. Definitely not worth spending this much money.

Avoid this property if you like to be served properly. No acs in the rooms so book only in winters as their spider-webbed table fans won't work properly, and yes there are power cuts as well. No power backup. Dead house-phones / land-lines so you can only call the reception through your phone every time. Dirty stained bedsheets. Broken tiles in all bathrooms. Old dirty carpets. Old wooden floors which squeak. There's a loud noise from the trees which is irritating if you're sitting outside the room. Food quality is below average (i think they should try changing the chef) and the staff won't listen to what you have asked for, they will just do what they feel. Yes, the manager was polite and helpful but the staff was rude and didn't know how to talk to the customers. The staff only care about their time to leave the property. One of them asked me at 6:00 pm "when will we have the dinner? as they will close the restaurant at 10:00 pm" really? i asked him to warm my food at 10:00 pm, he refused to do so and told me that the restaurant is now closed.

the property was awesome.we really loved it's layout, giving total privacy to every family. food taste & quality was good. staff was friendly and gave us quick services as needed. restaurant manager needs to be mentioned who gave us room service for senior citizens. overall we enjoy our stay & was totally satisfied 🤗

Digaanta is a very ordinary resort, but hugely overpriced. The swimming pool is so dirty, i have never seen a more dirty pool than this. Cleanliness is hugely missing at most of the places in resort. I was not able to dial room service for an hour last night. What kind of intercom is this? hotel staff is also living next to guest cottages. Is this a dharamshala? why am i being charged around 13000 rs per night for a place which should be around max 5000/6000 rs? please refund excess money charged from me.

5* for the location n scenic view from the resort, evening music n lights are amazing vegetarian food is good but dint like non vegetarian preparation, staffs are helpful, but resort needs to pay attention on cleanliness of its washroom in dining area n reception n outside sitting area, floor tiles needs to be cleaned more often n dinning table cover needs to be cleaned, broken bowls should be removed as it’s a 5 star resort i had booked tresia cottage but was given different cottage ( cottage above myana) where i had to climb more stairs ( i have knee issue) hotel manager dint cooperate

The property and rooms are fine. The furnitures and other things in the room are below average. You cannot call it even a 4 star hotel. From the begining of stay, we started having problems. Despite of multiple requests to change room on account of deficiencies they didnt do anything. The service is really bad and housekeeping doesnt have a clue on what they are doing. The final nail in coffin was when they gave water which had something mixed in it. Almost swallowed it. Then i raised an alarm and threatened them with an police complaint which got them into action and they changed my room. Breakfast is really limited with almost no spread, even a basic thing like dos a wasnt available. My final take, while property is good, its marred by pathetic service quality and basic hygiene

You can spend lot of time at the property itself. Service is good and staff is very courteous. Must recommend.

this propriety is very good. ambiance is good, staff are cooperative, spa need thumbs up. only drawback i found was kids area is less

Finding the hotel even with the help of google is a bit difficult. Free upgradation to family suite was not given. Over priced property. All services are excellent. Breakfast spread is limited.

Staying at diganta was really pleasant. Food was really good and staff is very helpful and well behaved. Location of property is really awesome.

Had a great time at the resort with family, stay was highly comfortable. Services provided by mr. Suraj and the entire team was commendable.

It's a good property in a scenic location. Located far from the noise accompanied by facilities such as indoor pool, spa, bicycles and indoor activities.

One of the best resorts i have stayed. Absolutely recommend for spending quality time with family/friends. The rooms and property are very well maintained. The only small issue is the connecting road to the property which is a revenue road.
