property it's average.....but from the photos when booking it was nice but when arrived the property was very far away, service and their staff was good other than that there was no maintenance in the swimming pool along with it was dirty the hotels were small but in photos from review it was big .Overall the hotel was clean except the swimming pool.

Service is excellent, staff are friendly and helpful, fantastic hotel amenities . But need to keep show polish at hotel campus and need to keep slippers inside the room

Good experience

I went on the 19th of July 2025 to Santiniketan with my family. I booked this hotel from make my trip, It's distance from bolpur station is about 5 kms. The hotel is located at Prantik, so better to avail Prantik Station. Here check in is 12 pm and check out is 11 pm. We reached hotel 10 am as our train was Vande Bharat it reached bolpur station 9.30 am. After reaching hotel we have not accommodated room. They gave us Restaurant room for rest. only the problem is check out and check in time. other wise we have a pleasant stay, nice accomodation, good restaurant, ambience was good, and for the sight seeing location is good. Complimentary Breakfast menu is good. For security reason this hotel is best also. Staffs are well behaved and polite. Food is also delicious 😋 and reasonable

they demanded for bed sheet , and behavior very rude infront of my wife and we paid extra 700 rupees without any GST bill, please take an action as soon as possible. thank you

Hotel was so good and the room also was so cosy at the same time. Food was so delicious. But one of their member’s behaviour was not good. He was not properly co-operating with such things.

remote location not very attractive property, picture seems to be very attractive only pool side cottage is nice. other rooms are too small and not value for money. food is average, expensive but little in quantity as compared to other cousin's restaurants. road to the hotel is horrible bumpy dumpy ride very far from Bolpur station. Airconditioner will not work when power cut.

Amazing stay with amazing food and great hospitality. Truly recommended. Will visually again.
