It was good and comfortable stay and in budget. Food was also very good. At the temperature in winters you wont feel like it.

All good here. Food options could have been more. Good location and view of thajiwas glacier. Decent basic amenities in terms of soap (very small) n shampoo (1 re. Pouches)

The facilities are good. We did our booking through mmt. Did not get room service. Food at the restaurant was ok. The ambience is good. Though there is a bed warmer, it is not enough for cold nights which is usually the case in sonamarg. Ideally there should be room heaters. The hotel staff were polite and helpful

Found it a lil overpriced but it was a decent stay. Electricity was an issue, very frequent outage. Food was good.

It was really a nice experience and I would prefer this hotel to stay. Restaurant is good, whatever the information you need you can get it from reception. The owner of this hotel Mr zaffar is a genuine person and can trust him for more services like transport facilities etc .., overall I can say that anyone can prefer this hotel to stay.

Overall stay was ok. It wasn’t worth the money we spent. Services & condition of hotel room wasn’t worth 10k per night. Staff were definitely polite and soft spoken but it wasn’t a star hotel service according to what they charge.

Rooms are decent not what we pay for but i think every hotel is expensive here. Also since construction is going on so no view in back rooms. Food is not good and they had no cold drink to serve. Hotel staff is nice but front doesk is not so much.

Don’t pick this hotel even if its for few hours or a night.

Apart from the staff everything else about this hotel is appalling. Pathetic linen. Major plumbing issues.

Pathetic, first we were not offered the exact rooms shown on the makemytrip app. Then that third class room didn’t even have a heater. Lastly the room had no hot water supply to it. I paid 5000 for a third class room
