The hotel is situated at a very busy place. That's OK, but there was no availability of car parking & when reported to the staff, they could provide no help, due to the negligency of the lady owner, . The behavior was very rough from her side and finding no other solution when asked for refund she directly denied. The contact to the customer care also brought no help since the owner denied the issue of parking.... seriously unprofessional from their part... in fact the worse part was the hotel doesn't even bother with the ID checking of the guests which can be considered a serious security concern. Even the bathrooms were not clean enough...
If you're planning to arrange your stay in Divine Stays, pause and plan securely because the hotel won't take any responsibility from their part. And most importantly because of this attitude we had to shift our stay to another hotel.... seriously very inhumane and irresponsible hotel, especially the lady owner.
