We had a great experience at the resort. The food is superb and I highly recommend booking with all meals, because there are very limited options nearby.

The resort is super clean and well maintained. The staff are so friendly, and the food was really good. I loved spending time at the pool, and my kids were super happy staying here. DLS Divine river resort Has a Great property, modern well equipped spacious rooms, and impeccable service. The food is great too. The location is a factor to consider while planning your day(s) there, it is not a place to walk out and do many things, however they hotel has a lot of activities that they can plan for you. Booked the stay for 4 days. Stayed there for 2 days. Due to medical emergency had to check out early. Hotel and mmt denied partial cancellation in case of medical emergency also.

Breakfast Buffet was a choas. No cutlery, no food, staff was clueless. probably they weren't ready for hotel guests. Area near room 501, 502 smells like dump as it is close to parking and they dump their waste there. During lunch time, we were made to wait for 40 mins before the tables could be ready. There was too much garbage (used tissue papers , food) on cafeteria floor which no one cared to clear till we complained. not a good experience. service is slow. you have to call 3-4 times even to get the room service. won't recommend. lousy service.

As we reached hotel late by night but still the rooms were dirty and immediately we had informed to them still nobody came to clean the room. Their service was poor and it was not worth it. Location is too far and property was not upto the marks

Calm, peaceful river view resort. great service and Good tasty Food. Live music in the evening. value for money. if looking for a weekend gateway near Delhi you must consider it.

Balcony rooms dont have any privacy, the occupants of adjoining rooms feels like sitting right next to u. Restaurant is very small and cramped, staff is not hospitable and to my surprise the egg options were charable, something i never experienced before. We were unfortunate to have booked a room along with a marriage party who were having the wedding functions in the hotel.

I am happy with the stay it was good experience view, rooms and everything was nice but we are little disappointed with their food service however food was delicious undoubtedly but their service is very slow i think they have lack of staff whenever we ordered something we had to wait 45 minutes or one hour for the food i think they have to appoint more staff members to give fast service overall experience was good staff was really polite and cooperative and river view is extremely good

Its a newly built property deep inside Rishikesh, rooms were very good, proprty is well maintained. Food was very good. They have lawns just next to Ganga river with a beautiful view. Its in the interiors and has a bumpy road but Overall its worth. Recommendation: Go there for 2 days.
