Review Of Doon Metro Hotel

I stayed at Hotel DDON Metro during my solo trip, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy—just what a solo traveler needs after a long day. The staff was friendly and very helpful, making me feel safe and at home throughout my stay.

1- towels are so old and dusty 2- no buffet system, only limited food is available, even for both breakfast & dinner. 3- no proper electricity backup, spend 2 hrs without ac during the peak hot summer. 4- lifts are not working during 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

Good location of the hotel, staff is very polite and co-operative and ready to help|hotel offers amazing comfort hotel management specially reception boy was very good and the entire hotel staff were very friendly and cleanliness was also maintained.

Doon metro hotel is nicely located in industrial area. Room are spacious and food quality is well appreciated. Nice stay with company staff. Restrorent also available.

Bathrooms were not clean. No wifi in the room. They mention free breakfast but only 2 items are available and only limited quantity. Several power cuts in the day and they take a lot of time to start the generator.

Sai road location was good. Hotel is located on third floor and due to unbearable smell of dead rats in the lift, it was damn difficult to go to 3rd floor. Even in stairs area there were smell of open toilets. Delux rooms were avarage. Narrow gallary. Smell in gallery also. Ac were not working restaurant. Breakfast was good. Hotel manager was soft spoken. He was friendly & good nature & behavior.

Waste of money room are not clean water drop whole night from tab. Lizard in the room

Everything was good and it was a wonderful stay.

Room look very clean, all cooperative staff is too good.

Rooms are very neat & Clean. Very comfortable rooms. Nice location. Nice room service. Food was tasty at a reasonable rate.

The staff is good as they shown us plenty of rooms to choose from for our stay, it was quite a good stay

On arrival, no body was available in reception, after looking here and there found a number stick-ed there called on that number only than attendant came, no mask, no temperature check, room was very dirty, you can easily find dust on the room phone, table bed, tv you have to watch only dangle chennel or others teleshopping chennels, when ask they said i have to watch only this,
