the check in process was fast and hassle-free.room was not cleaned before arriving when we arrived the maid came and cleaned the room , just mops tables with dry cloth,so not very clean in terms of cleanliness.there is no in room dining, you have to go to common area to eat food . so over-all average stay.

The caretaker was not polite and they were charged for the water bottle. The caretaker gave me 2 bottles of water on the first day I thought it was complementary but he asked me for 40 rupees for those two bottles during checkout.

Very poor. Please dont book here as they fail to give you what they promise and as you book. I had booked two deluxe rooms with balcony (private) but on our arrival i was told that the rooms are not available. Somehow i managed to spend the night in the ground floor( which was not clean as well) but on the next morning when some guests has checked out from the attached private balcony deluxe room and i asked the owner and ground staff to accommodate there, i was denied stating that the rooms are booked for some other guests and that i can cancel my booking with them. I felt so neglected and hurt by their attitude and i was travel-ling with my 2yrs old baby and thats i asked them to give me spacious deluxe room with attached balcony. But the owner was very rude and straight away asked me to vacate his property by cancel-ling the booking. I immediately took the mm t hotline services cancel-led by booking and booked another property. Gods were there for me as during the durga puja i to suffer such in spite of booking amount a month back for do-rota

Room provided was smaller than what was shown, food was good and cheap. Staff were good as well but a little non cooperative sometimes

Good hotel, nice behavior of staffs

It's located at karunamoy bus stand and close to bethune college girls hostel, rooms are safe and neat and clean.

The stay was good and the area of the surroundings was also good &rooms are also good

There was no mini fridge or attached balcony as mentioned while booking. The caretaker was very rude. Moreover, there was no housekeeping provided. The wardrobe lock is broken. Tap water is continuously running hot whenever used as the geyser(never turned it on during our stay) is faulty i suppose. Last but not the least, in complementary breakfast they served too oily parathas which were quite unhealthy.

Excellent stay with family. Food was very good. Worm welcome and very helpful staffs. Lift facility there.

Stayed 3 days. No dusting and mopping. Food not up to the mark with high rate. Can't differ drinking water or milk. Most horrible things tv was silent all 3 days. Simply ridiculous.

Lunch was costly with just a few items. Otherwise everything is good. Place is clean, staff is good.

Amazing view, good and polite staffs. The rooms are decent size. Totally recommended if you plan for a trip to kolkata.
