Excellent stay !! Got discounts and free airport transfer, that’s why from last 11 years we book our trip through make my trip!!

Location is good. Hotel quick commerce services are not allowed. Have to go outside to collect stuff.

The location of the property was prime talking about the food. I tried breakfast and it had a lot of options arranging from South Indian to North Indian plus a little bit of Asian cuisine as well. I didn't really get a chance to look at all the amenities the hotel had to offer since I just had a one day trip, but apart from the amenities, the rooms were clean. They were spacious the lobby and the waiting area were also nice if I were to visit Gurgaon again. I would surely book this Hotel.

Over all it was a good stay. Check in was excellent, b fast had a great spread and was tasty. The room could have been better - the AC was too cold and the engg guy did do something but the temp did not go down so 19 degree was not great to sleep in . The next room guys had a party running and that was very disturbing.

I am giving this property a 2-star rating due to several issues during my stay. The room’s AC was not functioning properly, which made the stay uncomfortable. The lift felt outdated, resembling something from an old government building, and the room’s ambiance was far from attractive. The buffet was extremely limited for vegetarians, and the food quality did not meet Indian standards. Additionally, the property was misleadingly advertised on MakeMyTrip, which showcased a bathtub that was not present in the room. When I requested a room change, I was shown an even cheaper, substandard room. Overall, I would not recommend this property to anyone in the future due to these disappointing experiences.

Everyone at the hotel was so welcoming and made our stay truly memorable. We had chosen this staycation to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. Atul ensured our room was beautifully set up in advance, and Hussain did a wonderful job decorating it to surprise my wife. The effort and attention to detail made the occasion even more magical. The property itself is excellent, with great amenities and warm hospitality — highly recommended for anyone looking for a special experience.

Overall experience was good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Big screen tv is a plus point. Location wise is good. But traffic can be there infront of the hotel. Breakfast buffet spread was good. However, dinner buffet was disappointing. Few items were bland and even there was issue with chicken as it still had blood in it. Service is slow as well. Had to dial in multiple times to connect with reception or in room dining. The staff is courteous, polite and helpful. They were receptive of the feedback and tried best to comfort us.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at Doubletree Hilton Baani Square Gurgaon From check-in to check-out, everything was handled with great professionalism and warmth. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The amenities provided added to the convenience and luxury of the stay. The food was excellent—delicious, fresh, and with a good variety to choose from. I especially appreciated the attentive and courteous service at the restaurant. Overall, the accommodation, hospitality, and atmosphere were top-notch. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. The food was awesome.. specially Breakfast and Dinner.. rooms were cozy and had a super ambiance. Room allocation was a bit slow due to the rush. The location is best with a supermarket and food joints very close to it..

I booked my stay through MakeMyTrip and had high expectations from DoubleTree Hilton, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several areas. First, even though the hotel has a relatively late check-in time of 3 PM (compared to many others), we reached at 2 PM — but still didn’t get our room until 4 PM. During the wait, we were told we'd be offered complimentary drinks or snacks, but despite reminding the staff multiple times, nothing was ever brought to us. Once we finally got to our room, we noticed the AC wasn’t cooling properly. When we called to report it, the technician found the filter hadn’t been cleaned — something that should have been taken care of before assigning the room to a guest. This lack of attention to detail definitely affected our comfort and first impression. I also asked the front desk if a free upgrade was possible. They said they'd give us the best available room — but it turns out they didn’t actually upgrade anything. It felt more like they were just saying the right things to sound courteous, rather than being upfront. I believe being honest with guests is far more appreciated than giving a false impression. Lastly, part of our package included complimentary welcome cookies, but these were never offered at check-in. I had to remind them again at checkout, and only then were they sent to us. Overall, a few small things added up to a disappointing experience — especially when you expect a certain standard from a Hilton property. The staff was polite, but the service and attention to detail really need improvement.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton and, unfortunately, my experience fell far below expectations. To begin with, check-in was a major hassle. Despite arriving well after the stated check-in time of 3 PM, I had to wait in line for over an hour just to get to the front desk. There was no clear communication or effort made by staff to manage the crowd or ease the process. The dinner buffet was also a letdown. The selection was very limited, and the food quality was far from what you'd expect from a brand like Hilton. It felt more like a cafeteria than a hotel restaurant. Throughout the stay, the staff came across as indifferent and inattentive. Basic hospitality was lacking, and any requests or questions were met with minimal engagement. Additionally, the welcome cookies — a signature DoubleTree gesture and something I was looking forward to — were never provided. When asked, the staff just brushed it off without much explanation. Lastly, one of the reasons I chose this hotel was the advertised availability of EV charging. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the service was not available, causing considerable inconvenience. Overall, this stay was disappointing and not reflective of the standards I’ve come to associate with Hilton properties. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and works toward improving the guest experience.

The check-in experience was really bad. There was a large group checking in, and it took us almost 1 1/2 hours to do the check-in. The people at the reception. They were taking too long to check in each individual guest, so that was a really bad experience. The food was good. The rooms and everything was also good. However, there was again very loud music coming from one of the rooms late at night. I was expecting the hotel authorities to stop it, but you know that that went on the late at night, so that was again a bad experience.
