The food, service and views were top notch. The room quality was average at best, some of the bathroom accessories were broken, functioning of Aircons inconsistent and rooms were not cleaned properly before checkin.

okayish stay. hotel needs to improve
Experience was okayish. 1st there was seepage on the outer walls of room. The lunch buffet was not properly organized. Paid full whereas many items were finished in the buffet.

Excellent Stay
My experience at Hilton Amer was truly beyond expectations. From check-in to check-out, everything was seamless and fabulous. The staff, especially Arsh at the front desk, was exceptionally kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this property for a perfect weekend getaway.

non effective AC
We booked this for 2 nights, the 2nd night AC in the room wasn’t working and we complained about it and the manager Rahul ensured the 2nd day charges will be refunded but the issue is about the family sleep

Memorable stay at Double tree by Hilton
We had a wonderful stay at DoubleTree by Hilton, Jaipur. The hospitality and warmth shown by the team truly stood out — right from the personalized care to the attention to detail. A special mention of the delicious moong dal halwa prepared by the chef Prateek on our special request for our parents; it was such a thoughtful gesture and made our experience extra memorable. The rooms were well-appointed, comfortable, and added to the relaxing stay. The food overall was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from. Highly appreciate the team for making our visit so special — we look forward to returning soon!

Delicious food and scenic view
I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a day and night, and it was a lovely experience. The location is serene, surrounded by the pleasant Aravali hills. The food, especially the buffet for breakfast and dinner, was absolutely delicious. However, I felt that the ambiance could be enhanced with better lighting in areas like the walking paths, front gate, and rooftop pool and bar. Additionally, more comfortable seating arrangements around the Aravali bar area would add to the charm. Overall, it was a good stay, and with a few tweaks, it could be truly exceptional.
