The property was very well maintained. Though of course outside, a lot of construction was going on, but inside the property was clean. The linen was also clean and all the functions in the room working alright, the staff was very cordial and polite and would understand your needs and satisfy them immediately.

Location: Bad, Lots of dust, construction going on of road, no trees, no green belt Food: Below standard; far expensive relatively Waiter: Untrained; Need to be assigned to specific tables. Room Size declared was 33 m2 but it was 275 SF Bathroom to Bedroom wall is glass slightly gazed BUT one can make out and see person in shower. Monkeying Marriott and US. At least use common sense.

Food & facilities

We had a pleasant stay. Rooms were clean. The approach to the hotel is chaotic as they are widening the road. Expected lot about the awadh cuisine but got disappointed .

Room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The breakfast was a disappointment. Both service and taste of items were below expectations

location of the property was very poor, entrance main road was very conjusted & terrible traffic jam all the time.

Well my overall experience with this property has been I caught impetigo which for those of you that don’t know is a bacterial infection caused by poor hygiene the bathroom was not clean left over hair was left shower area Room service was not prompt as we where looking ahed Asked to prepare meal for child they gave less portion which was incomplete for Childs Hotel administration need to look after basic things

Water leak wage from gutter in bathroom. Very poor service. Only one dental kit provided. Hotel is in very bad area. Please give it a rating of three star hotel

Dear Hilton let me start from the beginning there is no person to welcome, no welcome drink was offered, when i asking on my own they made me drink it, now let me tell you about the room the towels were all dirty, there were no napkins and about the food what not, my buffet was not included but I had a buffet what did I get in it, in the veg section bitter gourd vegetable and a paneer vegetable for 4000 rupees, friend tell me who keeps bitter gourd vegetable in a 5 star hotel . I have never eaten worse food than this in my life🥵🥵

Well i really enjoyed the stay. The staff was very co operative and professional The pool area was very neat and tidy And the bonus point was gym powered with modern equipments Food was very good there.. My overall experience was good

DoubleTree by Hilton – Disappointing for a Hilton Property While the location of the hotel is spot on — with easy access to key tourist spots — the overall experience was far from what you’d expect from a Hilton-affiliated 5-star property. Cleanliness and staff hospitality definitely need improvement. Room service was a hassle — we had to follow up multiple times for basic things to be done. The staff seemed largely unresponsive, and most requests were met with a flat “no,” which is really not acceptable from a property of this standard. The food experience wasn’t great either. The lounge on the 2nd floor had an odd odour, and food quality needs serious attention. Shockingly, we were served buffet rotis despite ordering à la carte — they were stale and chewy. Overall, the hygiene in the rooms and the general upkeep of the property felt neglected. For a Hilton, this just doesn’t cut it.

The hotel room was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was very delicious and had alot of option to try from. The bathroom was perfect. Good place for stay and worth the money. I will higly recommend it if you are going to varanasi

Room n staff are very good. Pool is awesome. One must stay. Reception is very airy and good. Eary cheaking Waiting time was a bit, but it was ok.
