I stayed for two days in this hotel and my stay was pleasant with minimum budget. Food was gud and hygiene was well maintained. Staff's wer all gud behaving and kind heart-ed

We stayed in dover inn for 3 nights. And had a very pleasant experience. Location wise it is superb. It is very close to gariahat crossing: that is almost in the middle of all the hob nobs of gariahat with all its shops / markets food stalls etc, but once one is in the room it is calm and quiet. About the hotel : the hotel is well maintained. The room was good - no complaints. The staff are courteous and well behaved. I found them always smiling. In one occasion after returning in the late evening we wanted to have some special preparation for the dinner, which was served readily. Food was good and to our liking.

Overall, our stay at dover inn book meru hotel was delightful. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any request. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. I would definitely recommend dover inn to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future

The hotel was located in the prime location near Gariahat. There were two hotels of the same name, so a bit difficult to locate. There was no in-house restaurant in the property. They used to bring food from outside. Services and facilities were okay. The staff was good at the hotel. It was an overall value for money.

The room had no dressing mirror. The rooms are sealed with no ventilation, ac is installed but it's cold in winter to run. Restroom not upto mark.

Terrible hospitality. They dont even care about the customer. I ordered the food and they disnt inform it will take time and they provided me food after couple of hours on top of that incomplete food secondly they dont even provide you any kind of bill while checking out and coming multiple times in time on the day if checkout from 10am saying 11 am isnthe check out time aa we people know this very well then also coming multiple times and iritating. Botyom line very poor service
