The security system for this hotel was the worst. The rooms did not have a proper authentication system for entering. There was no key card facility. The rooms only had physical locks like the ones you use at your homes, the traditional lock and key system, there was no security guard at the gate during the night. There was no one at the reception desk, so anyone could literally barge in the hotel premises and enter your room with a slight force. So that was like the most terrible security system ever. The location of the property was easy to locate. However, the hotel lacked basic facilities like geysers, slippers, toiletries and etc. Even after a hefty charge of per night for one room, I did not get basic facilities like toiletries and slippers. When I asked for these things from the hotel staff, they told me that it was currently out of stock and they’d send it to my room in an hour, which they never did, and after asking multiple times, they simply said that they don’t provide these. This was quite disappointing as a guest. If you are paying this much amount in a tier three city and still not getting basic services then it’s unacceptable.

Hotel jitendra was value for money and in centre of city

My recent stay at Downtown Bed and Breakfast was below expectations. The amenities and staff service were average at best. The cleanliness of the hotel needs significant improvement, as it did not feel well-maintained. The breakfast was disappointing — especially the parathas, which were among the worst I’ve had. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would rate it on the lower side.

Rooms were not as mentioned in images, geyser was not there. Bathroom was so small and taps were leaking

Good location with very good service

Very bad room and washroom. No maintenance at all. Though staff was nice but rooms matter the most which was in terrible condition Make my trip should look into this

It was great staying there and food was awesome.

I must say my experience with this hotel is fabulous but this time I encountered a big mice who chewed my bags side pocket... rest service and good is best... Rooms are best and clean
