Overall stay was not so comfortable compared to peers. But location is good. Food service stopped at 9.30 pm and for a metro its not correct time.

Excellent place to stay - away from hustle and bustle city life
I went to Chennai to admit our daughter at SRM University. I couldn’t get accommodation in nearby hotels. Finally I heard about Mahindra World City as a well developed area, which is well maintained, close to Local Train Station “Paranur” from where you can reach Heart of Chennai within 1 hr, hence I preferred this hotel. It is value for money, good room (may not be very big, but sufficient), good breakfast, good friendly staff, excellent nearby shopping area, good roads to walk around and so on. I liked my stay here. I have decided to stay here in future also.

small rooms . plastic chairs no place to sit and work on laptop no 24 x7 food service kitchen is open on specific times only and in between if you need tea snacks it's not available parking is like in small apartments

I made the booking for 3 adults and received confirmation as well for the same but on the day of check-in I got a call from the hotel stating that payment was made only for 2 people this was not mentioned at the time of booking(which was made 2 months before) later at the time of checkin I was asked to pay 2000 rs for the 3rd Adult

Good decent stay in mahindra world city and close to corporate offices. High demand for rooms and one has to reserve for availability. Food was good. Rooms can be maintained better. The glasses and kettle were not so clean, but they changed them after calling room service. The staff’s are friendly and polite

The room interior was good. But mosquitoes are observed inside of the room & disturbed my sleep. Second thing, i had requested the hotel team though the call (approx. 7pm) to reserve the dinner for me & kept in my room. Because my flight got delayed. But when i reached the hotel ( approx. 11 pm, then i observed that there was no food available in the room. Then i asked the front desk guy for it. But he said sorry sir we have missed. After that only they have not given back the dinner charges to me.
