The room looks neat but there are some defects like bathroom light flickering and bath fittings are not good. suggestion: Android television could have been better instead of old tv.

While the view from the property is very pretty, the rooms were dirty, with paint peeling off from walls, stained towels, pillow covers and even the bed-sheet. Their food is good though.

The stay was Nice And the Food Was Too Delicious, of course you will get South Indian Taste as expected but Didn't expect that quality of North Indian Dish, It was Too yummy Overall It was Fun to be part of stay at DCVR

Had a comfortable and fantastic stay at this resort. The way of providing service quickly by Mr. Hussain and Mr. Rino was commendable. Every facility mentioned in MMT is available at this resort. Will highly recommend this resort. Only concern is there were no wheel chair accessible rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The property is beautifully maintained, with a clean and comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home 🏨. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious - the buffet breakfast was a particular highlight 🍳🥐. However, one thing to consider is that the hotel is located a bit far from the main tourist attractions, about 14km away, which can make for a bit of a trek through the city's busy traffic 🚗. Despite this, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities and overall experience 👍. Just be sure to plan ahead and allow for some extra travel time when exploring the city! 🗺️"

room was good... but there were no kids play area... there was no fencing on one side of resort, safety issue was there since that side opens to road below.... house keeping staffs are very hostile.... food was excellent even though very expensive.... manager was very cooperative..... location of resort is moderately good... overall experience is average..... not value for money...

The rooms have no noise cancellation in place, which makes the experience pathetic. There were guest in other rooms who were having conservation in lowest tone, still we could hear everything and that made us difficult to sleep and rest. Property owner or manager had no solution for the same

The resort is located at 12kms from the old munnar ( main munnar). You need an own vehicle or some taxi or auto to reach the destination from Munnar. Location is Chitraipuram, the weather will be some what warm when compared to Munnar, for eg: if it's 14° in munnar, the location will be 17°. Resort is old and but average. Positives: 1. Nice scenery around. 2. Food was really delicious and we can trust and eat. 3. Cooperative staffs. Negatives: 1. No shops nearby, you need to walk or transport is highly recommended. 2. For my three days stay, the toiletries sets were not changed. Still remains the same. 3. Deluxe rooms were literally down and for Physically challenged and aged people think twice before you book.

Decent place to stay. Breakfast is good. Room is clean and well maintained. Stay are friendly location is accessible. Hot water is available all the time. Nice location to view sun rise from the resort.

Amazing property with very hospitable staff and receptionist. They help with any kind of requirements be it first aid or anything. The rooms are very spacious with excellent view and parking space sufficient. The food and services is very nice. Very very quiet place. 10/10 for the property, staff, food, ambience. No doubts, must stay!

The stay was excellent and awesome.... it suits for who wants privacy coz there are separate villas... the location is far from munnar but it's worth the drive

We enjoyed our stay very well. The resort is neat and clean. We booked four rooms and the rooms were clean and comfortable. But i feel the room service cost in the resort is little high compared to the similar segment hotels

Room cleanliness very poor. Curtains were stinking. Camera was in front of the room. Location average. Food average. Staff service very good.

Shower was broken. Hanger was not there. Hair dryer not working. Poor service. No privacy at all between rooms. We can easily hear noise from other rooms. Blocked hill view for some rooms. Old rooms and not as expected as photos.
