Location is near to main road but covered parking is occupied by owner itself and they will ask to park in open. In morning you have to wash your vehicle as it's complete dirty due to pigeon and birds shits. Rooms are having dampness and moisture on wall. Geyser also centric not specific to rooms

The location was nice. And the hospitality was great. Also located near a small restaurant where you can have breakfast or lunch/dinner. Parking is available for cars and bikes. Rooms are also neat and clean. Also have additional common bathrooms in case you have many members. So the overall entire stay experience was great.

Good stay, room is big so as clean, even bathroom as well. very supportive staffs. Location is not that good but very near to bus stand. No food option available. No basic amenities like electrical cattle,, TV isn't working. Its a home stay so don't expect facilities like a hotel. Good stay overall & budget friendly as well.

Good stay and experience. Room was really spacious and neat. We were 6 members and budget friendly Homestay.

the stay at Dreamnest residency was too good , the staffs were very polite and helpful. The place is also in mid of the town where you can access to multiple places easily. all over we had a pleasant stay there .

Location was good & easily reachable from Kalpetta Bus Stand & there are so many restaurants nearby but in water taps there’s so much dirty water for bathing, black particles are swimming in the water coming from water taps….

The overall quality of the room we were allocated was terrible. The mattress and the bedsheets reeked of air freshener smell and we moved to a different property and didn't stay here for the night. Flush wasn't working for the commode and the almirah was creaking when we open and close (old one. The curtains on the window were not providing enough cover either and the window was open to a road on the outside. I regret booking this property as i got the other property at a slightly extra price than what we paid for this one. Please stay away from this property unless you are a bachelor travel-ling alone or with friends. Not worth the money we paid for this!

Very good hotel and very hygienic with provided good infrastructure. Very amicable and cooperative staff.

Bed lenin was not good and roof was at so high we were not getting sufficient breeze from fan

Near to the Kalpetta bus stop. Property easily accessible by walk. Room and maintenance are good. We can get the best food in nearby hotels since food service not available here. Rest looks good.

This place is nearby bus stop, all are available in nearby location, full safest place, room are very clean and pleasant

Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Very nice and clean especially washrooms were very clean as well as big. No mosquitoes and their kitchen also helped me alot

A good hotel. Effecient and ever ready to help staff. . Beautiful and green environment with chirping birds around. Very clean hotel. The caretaker mr sahil made one fell comfortable and was always helpful. There are many restaurnts nearby which serve delicious food. A pleasant stay indeed.

Dream nest home stay exceeded my expectations. 1. A day before the stay, hotel contacted me to confirm the booking 2. They offered a free upgrade to a family room from a standard room which i have chosen 3. Room and toilet were extra clean 4. Bedding was quite comforting. 5. Though it was a non a/c room, we never want and a/c in wayanad 6. As the tourist attractions were spread out on wayanad, kalpetta where the propoerty is located is centre to all these location offering great acces 7. Property is situated just 250 mtrs inside the kalpetta main road and you have all kind of shops and ameneties within hands reach 8. Staff at reception was very welcoming 9. Hotel had ample space of private parking which can park 4-5 cars easily 10. Overall budget was worth for the facilities they offer we enjoyed a great stay here and would definitely recommend this
