Lacks of basic amenities such as drinking water, flash was not working, dirty bed sheet they denied to change bed sheet, they did not provide food plates, drinking water was chargeable damaged bulb dirty pillow tv, gijar not provided, soap not provided

good hotel for stay with family and couple 😎😎😎😎😎😎😎 food also good no need to order from outside anything

I have never experienced any worst hotel stay like this one at dream residency! i booked a non ac room through. We reached in late in the evening at tatanagar due to our train being late. The manager gave us a room on the fourth floor. The room seemingly looked good. But the first shock we had was the water flow blockage in the washroom. The water remained stagnant in the bathroom making it inconvenient or impossible for us to use it. When i told the manager, he asked to use the washroom in another room which was very untidy. Just imagine our plight, we were asked to use the bathroom of a room far away from our room in another part of the same floor, and that too untidy! secondly, after i opened. The room's windows, it became a horror for us to stay as big mosquitoes stated biting us in a short time! i told the manager who told me nothing can be done on the above two issues. So, i went to the ground floor again to request him to give me any mosquito repellent since it became impossible for us to stay in the room. My kid already started to sleep as it was 1 pm in the night. So he gave me two mosquito agarbatti sticks. Thus, we somehow managed to pass the night having a horrendous experience and checked out early next morning!

The property was so unhygienic, there was no bulb or light in the washroom, no saaf safai at all. It was also difficult for us to find it, it doesn't even seems like a hotel looks life a cheap society apartment. It's completely fooling people in the name of hotel even i paid extra 400 for early check

Horrible location, not at all advisable. This hotel is not at all meant for family or good people. Unhiegenic washroom, not cleaned since many days. Services offered were not provided. Dirty linens.
